It was easy to get Hearing Accessible room with the sleeper sofa and the bedroom, as for instance and that's great. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were a nice touch.

I recently stayed at Sonesta in Cary for a relaxing weekend getaway. The room was impeccably clean and quiet, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our stay. The TV reception and picture quality were excellent, and we had all the amenities we needed. The standout feature was Zac, the delightful clerk who checked us in. His caring and professional demeanor made us feel truly welcome. The hotel may not be fancy, but it offers comfort and convenience, with friendly and polite staff members.

It was a brand-new hotel. In general the staff were superbly friendly and exceptional. The property had a central setting central to many of the area attractions. I was happy to find Subway, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel and served nice food.

The bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately.

My family and I recently stayed at Sonesta in Cary for a few days. The 2-bedroom suite was perfect and allowed us to have plenty of space. The bagged breakfast, including a Jimmy Dean sandwich, was a convenient option during these times. The staff were incredibly nice and the rooms were clean. We really enjoyed getting away from home for a little while and the overall experience was fantastic. The breakfast room was also well-furnished and offered a variety of high-quality choices, making it a pleasant start to each day. The WiFi performance was excellent, which was a plus for my kids and their technology toys.

During my stay at Sonesta, we encountered a maintenance issue in the bathroom. After informing the front desk, they quickly sent someone to fix it and even offered us a complimentary drink at the bar. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure our stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
